We cannot give back your change (sukli) in cash since our machine does not dispense cash. However, our system also creates an account using your ‘Mobile Number’ in MySukli where the excess amount will be credited same with the cancelled transactions and failed transactions. You can reprocess your previous transaction and select MySukli as your payment method.
Please be advised that we do not give passwords and we only provide OTP for your mysukli account. Also, if you're using ""mysukli webtool/website/app"" please be aware that, that is still under development and is not suitable to use for any transactions. The only way to claim the amount on your mysukli accounts is via machine/kiosk only. If you need guidance on claiming the amount on your mysukli account, see the guide below for your reference. Did you receive OTP from eTap via SMS from your entered mobile number from our kiosk?
Just follow the instructions below to claim your mysukli on the same terminal of your first transaction.
STEP 1: Select transaction.
STEP 2: Select target mobile device or biller.
STEP 3: Enter target mobile number or account number select confirm once mobile # is entered.
STEP 4: Select amount or enter amount.
STEP 5: Select mysukli button.
STEP 6: Enter the 6 digit pin that you received from eTap via SMS and select 'Confirm'.
STEP 7: Wait for the screen to show ""Transaction complete. Thank you for using E-TAP"". Please don't forget to take the receipt dispensed from the machine. For assistance, you may call the hotline number seen at the bottom of your receipt.
